Picking a Niche You Won’t Quit
A narrow topic beats a broad one — how to choose without overthinking it.
Most channels stall because the topic is too broad. "Technology" is not a niche. "Budget home-office setups under $500" is.
Run each candidate topic through three questions:
1. Can you list twenty video ideas today, without research? 2. Would you still find it interesting after fifty videos? 3. Do videos on this topic already exist with real view counts? Competition is proof of demand.
If a topic fails any of the three, drop it and move on. Do not spend more than one afternoon on this decision.
