The settings:
- V1 (text-to-image): Avatar LoRA ~1.0 · keyword prompt + shot on an iPhone, IMG_1018.HEIC, iPhone photo · roll seeds until it's you, then freeze the seed.
- V2 (text-to-image): + iPhone LoRA at 0.9 · + triggers Skin Blemish, Detailed Skin, iPhone photo · same seed.
- V3 (image-to-image): input = V2 · prompt = Detailed skin only · Skin LoRA at 0.2–0.3 · generation strength 0.1.
When it goes wrong:
- Doesn't look like you → bad seed or avatar weight off. New seed first; then move Avatar LoRA weight in 0.1 steps.
- Skin still plastic → missing trigger words, or iPhone LoRA weight too low. Check the prompt has all three triggers; weight back to 0.9.
- Texture looks dirty or etched → Skin LoRA too strong. Drop to 0.2.
- Face changed in V3 → strength too high. Back to 0.1 — not 0.2, 0.1.
- Composition jumps between V1 and V2 → you forgot to reuse the seed.
- Busy background stealing the frame → prompt too descriptive. Cut it back to keywords.
The final eye test before you post: zoom to 100% — pores or blemishes visible? Lighting on the face matches the background? Hands, teeth, and hairline intact? If all three pass, it ships.
